Client Onboarding Team Lead

Job Description

  • Facilitate communication between client and setup team to plan for setup timeline
  • Gather necessary documents and information from clients for setup
  • Setup all information into the software
  • Complete telecom & utility inventories, heavy phone work
  • Enter client invoices into software, data entry
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High work ethics; self-starter-this is not a position with downtime; you will be busy all day long.
  • Great attention to detail, and organized
  • Experience in Excel & Outlook
  • Intermediate to advance in 10 key data entry
  • Comfortable on phones speaking to clients and vendors
  • Positive attitude
