Customer Service Representative

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Manila
3 Weeks of Training and 1-2 Months on-site before Hybrid
Hybrid Setup (WFH and ON-SITE [Minimum 4 days per MONTH]


Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers via phone
– Provide knowledgeable answers to the customer’s questions and needs
– Pure Voice Customer Service role
– you’ll be answering queries from the members of an Insurance Company regarding their Individual Insurance
– Addressing individual life insurance inquiries from the members, pure inbound
– Communicate using the English language to your customers

Qualifications:
– College graduate of any 4-year course
– Minimum Call Center experience of 1 year (inbound)
– Maximum Call Center experience of 4 years (preferably healthcare insurance account)
– Maximum overall experience is 6 years
– Healthcare/insurance experience is preferred but not required
– With a minimum 35mbps internet speed
– Proficiency in English is a MUST
