Job Description :
- Source candidates for AUS Government across HR, Admin, and other ICT verticals
- Shortlist suitable candidates for roles
- Interview prep and follow up
- Contact shortlisted candidates and qualify them further (rates, availability, experience, etc.)
- Maintains and grows a fruitful candidate talent pool
- Maintain Fieldglass Database (submit suitable candidates onto Fieldglass for the client to review)
- Follows up with submissions and outcomes to MSP contacts Keep our CRM up to date (Jobadder)
- Contractor Management – first-day details and check-ins
- 360 recruitment
Requirements:
- Experience recruiting within Australia (ideal)
- 3-5 years in recruitment ICT/ Technical Recruitment
- Excellent communication skills are written and verbal
- Fieldglass experience – ideal Jobadder
- CRM experience – ideal
