Job Description :

  • Source candidates for AUS Government across HR, Admin, and other ICT verticals
  • Shortlist suitable candidates for roles
  • Interview prep and follow up
  • Contact shortlisted candidates and qualify them further (rates, availability, experience, etc.)
  • Maintains and grows a fruitful candidate talent pool
  • Maintain Fieldglass Database (submit suitable candidates onto Fieldglass for the client to review)
  • Follows up with submissions and outcomes to MSP contacts Keep our CRM up to date (Jobadder)
  • Contractor Management – first-day details and check-ins
  • 360 recruitment


  • Experience recruiting within Australia (ideal)
  • 3-5 years in recruitment ICT/ Technical Recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills are written and verbal
  • Fieldglass experience – ideal Jobadder
  • CRM experience – ideal
